Brightenity was founded by the team behind an established NDIS registered organisation that has long supported people with complex care needs. With this deep experience, we embarked on a new journey to extend our commitment into the aged care sector.

At the heart of Brightenity lies a simple but powerful belief, every life is a story worth honoring, and every person deserves to be seen, heard, and respected.

From day one, we committed ourselves to empowering independence and choice. True care means more than meeting physical needs it means nurturing the spirit and honoring the autonomy of each person we serve.

We also recognised the importance of adaptability. Life changes and so do needs. Our approach is flexible, responsive, and tailored, because no two stories are the same, and every care plan should reflect that.

Acknowledgment of Country

Brightenity respectfully acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and provide care. We honour their connection to land, water, community, and culture and we pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
