Contribution Fee
The contribution fee is set by Services Australia based on your assessable income. If you are required to pay this fee, you agree to do so.
Other Costs
- You are responsible for any expenses incurred during social activities, such as meals, entry fees, parking fees, and similar costs.
- The cost of materials used for home maintenance or gardening services will be added according to the contractor’s quote.
- We may engage external providers on your behalf when needed and will discuss any additional costs with you beforehand.
Cancellation Policy
The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged if:
- the service is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice,
- you are not at home when the worker or contractor arrives, or
- the worker or contractor is turned away by you or your representative.
